Sometimes I look at one of my pieces and try to figure out what I see. Then I wonder why I feel I need to "see" anything? Maybe this is just a shape floating by on a canvas and I happened to capture it, or maybe it's about to turn into a beautiful bird. That's the cool thing about art. It doesn't have to be anything. I don't have to figure it out every time. I can just let it be. It's an opportunity for the viewer to open their mind and let their imagination run wild!
*There is an off white color in the piece. That is actually an iridescent pearl that shimmers in the light. I couldn't quite capture it in my photo.
