One of my grandmother's favorite commercials from my childhood is a Rajasthani lady wearing her traditional clothing, and she is carrying various pots (I believe of water) on her head. My grandmother would laugh as she would watch the Rajasthani lady jump and avoid shifting the pots on her head even by an inch. By the end of the commercial, my grandmother and I would giggle when it was revealed that the pots were glued together with the specific glue the commercial was for. But that story aside, it takes immense skill to be able to balance pots on your head, let alone dance with them like the lady in this painting from Uganda.
