A continuation of my Berceuse series, frosted like a cake.
The first Berceuses were created with crystals to represent their 3rd Eye and Heart Chakras. The "Gâteaus" have an added crystal at the mysterious and deeply healing High Heart Chakra.
These paintings have secrets.
Berceuse is French for Lullaby. I like to imagine that we all have an official lullaby (or two) holding safe space for us while watching over us as we sleep. These ethereal beings live in the liminal spaces between our dreams.
Several healing, genuine stone, watercolor paints were used on top of the noted ground stone paint.
