Be a goldfish.
A collector once asked me if I was a fan of Ted Lasso. He said that there is a catch phrase in the show about being a goldfish and I should check it out. It refers to the idea that goldfish have a short memory and encourages people to not dwell on mistakes and setbacks, but to focus on the present and keep moving forward. I like that.
