| For a long time, Wendy and I have talked about visiting Scotland and Ireland. In June of this year, we made that trip a reality. In our planning stage, one of the things we really wanted to see was some sheep or maybe a small herd out in a meadow or glen. OMG! How naive! There were sheep everywhere! Truth is, after the first 3 or 4 hundred, you would almost expect to lose interest in them. Instead, they were always there like quaint, friendly greeters welcoming us to whatever destination we went to for the day. This particular ram stood very close to the road as we drove by, giving a nice closeup view of these white, fuzzy critters. We really did see a lot of sheep! |
