"Forest Decor"
Throw pillows are the bane of my husband's existence. They make absolutely no sense to him. What is the function when we constantly have to take them off the couch before settling in? He might be right, but I have come to think that bit of embellishments within a home give it a complexity, a story, and a beauty that makes us pause and consider what it is to be alive. When I am studying the forest floor, I find myself enamored with the embellishments that move the forest from "functional" to "beautiful" and I pause to consider the Maker of this abode and what made Him decide to use the colors, textures and forms that make up the forest decor.
