Day 17 - Sazerac

Created in New Orleans and that was the first place I tried it. At first, I was disappointed in the size of it, but the taste and alcohol content certainly packs a punch. 

Ingredients -  Absinthe, to rinse, 1 sugar cube, 1/2 teaspoon cold water, 4 dashes Peychaud's bitters, 2 1/2 ounces rye whiskey, Garnish with a lemon peel
