As a child I loved spending summer weekends at my grandparents mountain cabin with my cousins. We went fishing and small creature hunting at the pond down the road. We would sometimes bring a few frogs or salamanders back to the cabin and race them on the porch. I loved all the slimy creatures and always enjoyed sharing our catch with the grown ups before returning them to the pond.
